Alan has 30+ years’ experience as a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia and North Carolina specializing in business and individual tax issues. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia (BBA-Accounting) and Georgia State University (Master of Taxation). He currently has CPA offices in Atlanta, Georgia and Hendersonville, North Carolina.

Using his experience in private companies as CFO and Controller, he speaks the language of the business owner in complex tax resolution cases involving business and payroll taxes. Having represented individuals with tax problems, Alan leads the taxpayer through the process of dealing with the IRS by being proactive with tax preparation and negotiation.
